Scrap Metal
D & J Metals are prepared to accept most scrap items, customers are asked to bring them down to the yard, where we can weigh the items and price them. The price paid is based on the scrap markets and varies day to day.
If a customer has a lot of scrap we could deliver a skip and collect it, please telephone for further details.
We do accept cars, however we do ask they are depolluted, by means of removing the tyres and any remaining fuel. We can do this for you for a small charge, customers are asked to bring down the log book, and we inform DVLA that the car has been crushed and baled. Again the price we pay will depend on the scrap markets and varies day to day.
